Pattern Designing
Pattern digitizing is the process in the garments industry. 2D physical patterns made of muslin fabric, paper, cardboard, glass, metal, or plastic get converted into a vector to be used in a 2D/3D CAD/CAM system. We are digitizing to make a virtual archival of the templates.

Marking and Grading
Marking/Grading is the process of making a range of sizes for a single attire style. The purpose of marking/grading is to properly fit a form to a range of sizes. It will not make a shape but will only decrease or increase the size of the original outline.

Embroidery
Embroidery
Embroidery is the skill to design a fabric with a specific look with threads to be made for different stitches and needles. At JJ NEL we have industry level experts who are masters of this craft.
- Blackwork embroidery
- This type of embroidery mostly is done on a white color fabric using black threads. Both sides are shown in black and give a good combination of black and white colors.
- Whitework
- This type of embroidery is almost unseen. It is done on the same color fabric such as white on white or cotton fabric. People use mostly the coarse and fine work types of embroidery.
- Stumpwork
- A clear piece of art work is defined here. This type of embroidery is used if the need be to draw an image using threads and needles. Mostly using silk and metal thread for a proper glossy finish.
- Cross stitch embroidery
- The name itself says about this type of embroidery. Two threads are used at the same time one over the other in a diagonal pattern. This is a classic embroidery method to bring colors to life using stunning variations.
- Crewel
- Embroidery with wool yarn on a firm fabric is the process of Crewel. These are very rare but are very uniquely made without any number of stitches and counts to bring the look that is needed.

After your pattern has been perfected, our experts review the final sample pattern to ensure it follows the original, and any design modifications and correction are made. Then our cutters, seamstresses, pressers, and finishers, bring the beautiful pattern to life.The Sample is treated with utmost care every step of the way.
